  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options (availability may vary by destination):

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

  • Tracking information provided if available.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

  • Additional shipping fees apply.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times.

  • International orders may take 10–30 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

⏱ Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are based on the destination, chosen shipping method, and total weight of your order.

  • We may offer free standard shipping for qualifying orders over 50$.

  • Any free shipping offers apply only when the qualifying order thresholds are met before taxes and after discounts.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if tracking is available.

  • You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • LuxetraTech is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit after they leave our fulfillment center.

  • If your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If you still need help, contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
